Practical information
- Entry to the museum is free for children.
- Prams are allowed in the museum galleries. Between galleries 2 and 3, there is a lift platform to bridge the steps.
- Backpacks and coats should preferably be stored in the lockers at the reception. You may also carry a backpack in your hand into the gallery.
- Food and drinks are not permitted in the galleries.
- At reception, there is a low-stimulus basket containing items such as headphones.
- In the toilets, you will find a child-sized toilet seat, a changing mat and a step stool for washing hands.
- Would you like to breastfeed? A museum member will guide you to a quiet spot.

- The videos, scale models, mammoth and other special objects can certainly charm children.
- Every weekend and school holiday you can discover with your (grand) children all kinds of assignments that will introduce you to the heritage of Lier.
- Reservation is not required.
